I have the opportunity to go on a trip at the beginning of September with a couple of friends to hunt Caribou on the Haul Road. It appears that there are streams/rivers that intersect and follow the road all the way to Prudhoe Bay. Curious what the quality of fishing is like and what opportunities may exist? Is there a decent likelihood of catching any Char or will it all be Grayling? Also, how big are the Grayling on average?
Any tips are appreciated.
