I don't know of many fly fishing movies (I am referring to entertainment, not educational or travelogue films and that sort of thing) but "Salmon Fishing in the Yemen" is worth a look (Ewan McGregor and Emily Blunt).

A River Runs Through It. Great acting, great plot, great scenery, (I think) nominated for some Acadamy Awards.

Not a fly fishing movie, but I own a copy of " Man's Favorite Sport " with Rock Hudson and Paula Prentiss. It's a timeless classic if you like fishing corn.

It reminds us all not to take fishing pros and gearheads to seriously.

If you can find it anywhere, check out "Libeled Lady." Spencer Tracy, Jean Harlow, William Powell and Myrna Loy, directed by Jack Conway, 1936.

I thought Rivers of a Lost Coast was a good movie. I still watch it from time to time.

"The Lost World of Mr. Hardy" was very interesting, I thought.

The Underwater Water World of Trout 2005 (few different volumes), Once in a Blue Moon 2009, Eastern Rises 2010, The Brown Trout and the Mayfly 2010, Musky Country Zero 2 Hero 2011, Low & Clear 2012, The Rocky Mountain Fly Highway 2014, Beyond The Horizon 2018... there's a few more I can't think of offhand. But, these are some of my pure favorites. I suggest checking them all out.

How about "Aquasoul" (Peter Morse fly fishing the remote areas of Northern Australia) and "Itu's Bones" (how Carl McNeil introduced catch and release Bonefishing in Aitutaki)
