"White fish" (super nice guy and very fishy) dresses that way to keep fishers at a distance. I thought about going the same route but don't look good in pink.
Can't see any reason it won't still work though....

Like my fly tying skills, I send out an ugly fly and try to get the fish while they're laughing! These outfits will only add to the effectiveness of this tactic!!

Everybody makes printed fabric that looks like a trout - - but if you want your apparel to attract the fish to you, then the key to success is to dress like a FLY.

The woolly bugger as an evening gown, by fashion illustrator Paul Keng. Note the black and orange rubber “legs” near the neckline and the “hook” of braided hair in back.

Here’s the thing... If you truly understand design whether it be a fly, fly rod or a designer gown you should have respect for the craft, details and true artisanship that is involved for these artisans. The classic salmon fly tie is a fashion show on a hook.
