You can order it custom with lots of features, they are still very reasonable.
I ordered a case for my 14' Spey 4 pc. Because of the longer handle they started with a standard spin rod caddy, I added a 4 way divided liner. It was $72. to my door.

I made a few out of PVC pipe from the local hardware store. My wife sewed some rod socks to keep the sections separate and protected.

I looked into this for my ESN and switch rods. Simms, Redington and White River all make them. I found the White River one sold by Cabelas to be the best quality and I think was actually the cheapest.
