Both Items Have Sold

I have had these since 1980 and have stored flies in them as I traveled all over America and Canada. They will fit in most jacket pockets and into a Filson Foul Weather strap vest pocket also.

I got them from an antique dealer who had bought out a huge and old fishing catch and these were among items I bought.

They both have eight (8) thick felt pages and they do show the signs of use. These are in good condition and are of better quality than most similar wallets I've seen on the auction site.

I now fish using a boat for transport and seldom carry more than a few flies on me as the mother load is in a boat bag. They are about as good as it gets for keeping your Spey patterns safe and sound.

Black Wallet was used the most and is soft leather with a pouch in both end covers for heads and leaders.

The black comes with the original bead chain lanyard that I got with it 39 years ago.

Price for Black 8 page fly storage wallet is $50.00 plus whatever postage to you runs.

The Red Wallet is stiffer because I carried the black all the time and used the red purely for storage. Because of that it is in very good shape.

There are no leader pouches in the end covers of this one.

Same thick cotton felt pages, 8 of them and very good shape too.

The snaps on both wallets hold the way they should and these are hard to find in this vintage and condition.

Price for the 8 page red Wallet is $40.00 plus postage to you.

Red Wallet is SOLD.

Maybe they are priced right maybe not but I'm not pressed to sell these. It's a case of I'm getting older and have so much stuff that if I don't move some out I don't know what will happen to it when I'm gone.
