Len.
There is nothing better than a feed of Corned Beef,Vegies & white Sauce.
This method is the one we use over here to cook Corned Beef (Silverside).

Put the meat in a Boiler/Large Pot & cover with water.
Add a Large Brown Onion,1/2 Cup Brown Vinegar,1 Tablespoon of Brown Sugar
& 3 or 4 Cloves.
Bring to Boil then reduce to simmer & cook until meat is cooked.
Remove it from the pot let it stand for a couple of minutes then serve hot with Vegies,& White Sauce or let it cool & use it for Salads,Sadwiches etc it's great..
Brian.

Len: Wow, does that look delicious! I'm sure the wife was impressed with the dinner you prepared. I haven't had corn beef and cabbage in quite a while, this is making me hungry!

I agree with everyone it's good Tucker as we eat quite a bit of it over here with Cabbage, other Greens, Pumpkin,Mashed Potatoes Carrots as well as White Sauce with it,the only thing wrong is if you get a stringy piece of Beef which is hard to chew.
