Maybe not worthy of a report, but still had a great time on the Lower Mt. Fork River near Broken Bow, Oklahoma. Helped out with the youth camp on fly fishing and all the kids did a great job and appeared to have fun on the river. It was very warm to nearly hot, so the very cool water felt good to them. Several caught fish and nearly all at least hooked up or missed some. Between spending time with classes, I did get in a few hours of fishing. I only fished Zone I due to the generation affecting Zone II. Had a great time throwing dries in the Evening Hole and on the Spillway Creek section. Never tried any subsurface flies, but I'm sure they would have produced very good as well. Water temp according to my thermometer was reading around 57-59 degrees coming out of the Spillway Dam section. Excellent temps! Hope they hold out for the rest of the summer.
