Hello,
I'm Jerry Hamon "TCF" (Texas Crappie Fisherman). I'm from Van Alstyne, TX (just south of Texoma). I'm a fairly new fly fisherman but very "hooked" . I fish a lot of our local lakes and rivers. I tie a lot of my own flies. I'm a member of the Red River Fly Fishers (Home Waters) in Sherman, Texas.

Welcome TCF. Is that you in the Avatar? If so, those look like Bluegill, or Largemouth, what are they? Picture is kinda small on my Lap Top so forgive me.

Hi Jerry,

Welcome to the forum. I lived in Lewisville for a while and fished Texoma in the 70's. You will have to post some pictures of those big old Crappie.

Frank

Welcome to the group man! Buddy of mine lives in Pottsboro.

Any idea if stripers are still being caught below the dam?
