Boy are you in a great area, I love those mountains.

They are huge, and this river and area are hardly used. Have you fished the Stillwater much?

Actually no, just seen the Absarokee Mts several times on the way through to other areas.
Tell us more about the Stillwater.....

Yes, I have been working for this outfitter doing overnight Smith River trips and now we have a lodge on the Stillwater (no more boiling hot water), it is a wild river tons of boulders and I think we are the only lodge. It is the highest drainage in Montana too.
