Thought I should introduce myself

I live in Arkansas. My home water is the Little Red River in north central AR, it has several public access fishing areas just minutes from town. The river is stocked with rainbows from our federal hatchery at the dam.We have a self sustaining wild Brown trout population that were only stocked in the late 70s. I try to fish 3 to 4 times a week. I enjoy wade fishing a 3wt in the small shoals.
I've enjoyed reading this fourm for a couple of years now.

Yes I'm fortunate to live here, I actually live near town but it’s very small , about 7,000 people. As I mentioned I can drive to several public access wading spots in less than 8 minuets, I like to wade below the dam during lunch break
My brothers and I just inherited the family cabin on the river. We are in the process of rebuilding it now

Those are great rivers up there too , I have fished the White more than the Norfork , but haven’t been in many years. The White is on a big upswing right now with the quality of the fish.
