Thread: New from TN

    Default New from TN

New guy from TN. Not really, I've been lurking for awhile. Since the great photo sharing debacle of 2017 I've been searching for a new forum to share my ideas and time on the water with. I've been fishing all my life (47 years old) and have been fly fishing close to 20 of it. I started with trout, but find it getting harder and harder to drive past warm water spots to get to the mountains. I've enjoyed what I've seen on this forum.

Welcome. I'm in TN as well after spending 10 years in fly fishing paradise in Wyoming. Love trout fishing, but thinking I'm probably going to be doing a lot of warmwater fly fishing as well.

Welcome from Nashville. Been here for 8 weeks now, and still surveying the landscape. I will miss the mountains of East TN, and the great lakes tributaries, but this is where I am planted for now. I am thinking warm water, streamers, and 2 hand rods. Ironically, I started fly fishing exactly 20 years ago when I graduated from an intense graduate program and needed a way to restore some balance.

Welcome to the site. Looking forward to your reports.

Welcome to the forum. Glad to have you here. I fish Eastern TN myself. Some great waters over there as I'm sure you're aware..

    Welcome to the forum!
I see you have several members from TN that have chimed in, you should try to go fishing with them sometime in the future.
