    Not quite as old - born just after the last dinosaurs. Lots of fishing in Florida (Indian, Banana, St. Johns, Poinsett, Big and Little Sawgrass, Helen Blazes, Mosquito Lagoon back when it wasn't fashionable), not as much in SC since retiring. Dabble in flytying. Fish mostly for bream and bass, eat bream and little (cull) bass.
    I have trouble with "Catch and Release" because fish look at my equipment and casting style, and then roll over, dying with laughter, especially if I'm using flies I've tied myself. Not so much trouble just to go scoop 'em up.
    Firmly believe in quote (I think) by Izaac Walton that "God does not subtract the time spent fishing from one's life." It's good for your soul.
