Would you fish for "caged" tuna

Paul: That is an interesting story, I guess it would depend on the price, but if not too expensive I would probably give it a go, once at least. It would be kind of interesting to experience how hard a tuna can fight! From the sounds of it they must pull pretty hard, I wonder what size of rod would be needed, maybe a 10 wt? Anyone with experience know what the proper rod is for a tuna?
