    I use Picaridin that is non toxic to fly lines and plastic.

    Has anyone checked out the UV Protect with Insect Shield from BUFF Sports as an alternative to lathering up with that foul chemical ?

    Funny thing, this article states that a lot of people just do not use Deet. I dislike Deet for all the obvious reasons too, but there are certain places and seasons that mosquitos can make a mornings fishing rather crummy. The article points out a couple alternatives, but alternatives have never held up to skeeters. Has anyone found alternatives to work where these new imune mosquitos live?

    I like permethrin.... good for quite a few washings too before it has to be reapplied
