    Default Who knew?

I had absolutely no idea there were that many tread manufacturers out there competing for my dollar(s). The bad news is Gudebrod may not be one of them. Gather they've (if only temporarily) closed their doors.

Great read, and great thought for a thread.

I believe the chart has an error it is not GSP Polypropylene but Gel Spun Polyethylene HDPE. Polypropylene thread has a specific gravity of .90 to .92 while Polyethylene HDPE is .96 to .97 -- Both will float.
