Default East Branch Delaware

Earlier in late July, we accessed the lower EB behind the rest area on Rt. 17 during low water conditions. Not much happening at mid afternoon time frame but this lovely stretch of water seemed very fishable under good conditions; re: hatches and water levels. Anyone had experience in this section of the EB?
