Default Stripers on the cape?

Anyone wet a line yet? I drove by a river near Cape cod (wareham) and talked to some folks that stated that they "were killing them, fish are everywhere". Yup...........those 14 inch fish are great!

Just thought I would post the first striper question of the year.

I read somewhere today that some keepers are starting to get caught. I may try my luck this weekend if I get a chance. I heard a few weeks back that the herring were showing up early - that means the stripers will be folowing them!

Stripers have been here since April 13th. They are just about everywhere now.
