Default First 2014 Striper

Caught my first striper of 2014 last night up in Beverly. Ended up with 3 schoolies for about an hour and a half of fishing. Anyone else been getting into any stripers?

They are running. I had a hand full of schoolies in RI over the holiday weekend. Waiting for some of the big boys to come in which it sounds like they are per the reports

Cool !
Never forget my first striper .... on the beach at Reid State Park Maine.
36"
My heart was pounding and my knees were shaking.

Don't fish them anymore .... ocean is 2 hours away from me.

Caught a couple on the Holiday in Buzzards Bay (Bourne). Nothing to write home about but at least I caught something. Nothing worse than getting the gear dirty and no fish.
