    Default musky/pike Buffalo area

I'll be moving to the Buffalo area this spring and have recently got the bug to chase some toothy predators. Any musky or pike spots in the western New York area?

Several good musky areas in the Buffalo area. The Niagara River, Lake Chautauqua, Bear Lake, Cassadaga Lake, and Findley Lake all have musky. Chautauqua is famous for muskies. The Niagara is a good musky river but half of it is Canadian water and you need a Ontario license. There are some Northern but the area is much better known for its musky. Also Lake Erie is excellent for walleye, bass, steelhead and Lake Trout. Lake Ontario has excellent salmon and trout fishing. You are coming
    to a Fisherman's paradise.
