Hey Jay,
It is one-size fits all, with adjustable straps. I am 5'6", about 150lbs. I have it cinched down all the way and it fits great. Straps expand quite a ways.

Is this vest still for sale? Any interest in a trade for a Fish Pond Summit sling pack bought new this summer. I know the vest is worth more so some cash would have to be added on my end. Any interest? The sling is great and holds everything I need, but the way it sits on my back makes it hurt, but I have that issue with many packs and vests so I don't think it is an inherent problem with this particular unit.
