Default Orvis Dropper Rig Fly Box or Clif Outdoors The Deuce

Hey Gang

As the title says I am looking at purchasing a dropper rig box and was set on the orvis was as I thought it was the only one of its kind but stumbled into the cliff outdoors the deuce. Orvis is currently out of stock but am sure they are floating around other dealers. Has anyone used either played with either or can give some feedback? I can't seem to get my hands on either one currently... Thanks for your help!!!

The Duece. It packs in a shorter package and you can store many different lengths/setups. I think I have around a dozen on mine.

Haven't used either. My opinion, even though it would be very interesting and colorful, would not be worth horse defecation. So this time I will just shut up and read what others have to say.

I can hear the cheering already...

Why not just wad them all up and throw them in your pocket? Once I start casting I get them all tangled up anyway so I prefer to just get it over with right off the bat.

nice, I was thinking one of these boxes will help postpone the tangled mess that will potentially happen when I cast them much like you...

Other for me as well.

I made this from some thick foam from the craft store. The foam was original a large letter "H". I cut out the middle and glued to the two uprights together. It's roughly 1" x 2" x 5" or about like a small flybox. It cost me about $1. Guess I could put it in a plastic box like the Duece, but it's always worked fine jsut dropped in my hip pack.

Same idea as the Deuce but smaller. Nice. I wish I'd thought of that..
