Default Folstaf Wading Staff - Good Price?

Not sure if it's a good price, but I picked one up.

    The 50 runs $125 less 20% coupon (Yes20 expires 1/21) plus free shipping and tax = $106.

The 50 is pretty short if you are taller than 5' 8".

Agreed, I have the 50 inch and at 6ft. tall it works but I’d prefer the longer one. A wading staff should hit the top of your arm pit. I’m going to send mine in for refurbishing, as the cork is eroding. I wonder if they can add 6 inches?

When I had my old one refurbished a couple years ago I asked about having it lengthened. They said there was no real way to do that. If you get a different answer let me know. When I bought mine 30 years ago 50 inches was the only length. The refurbish job cost $35, but at 6’3” I should have probably just bought the new 59” model. Especially since I just also bought a new holster to replace my original leather one. That was $20 so the total spent of $55 plus postage would have had me halfway to the new one.

Oh well. I’m sure someone here would like my shorter one if I decide to go longer.
