Default What is this?

Well, I'm itching to get a fishing...prob. will this weekend. In the meantime, anyone have thoughts on this fish? My initial instinct was to go directly to whirling disease but I am no fish biologist. Caught on the Missouri above Craig (sorry for the amateur picture, it's hard to get a good one in a one-man boat).

From the detailed pic, that's a Rocky Mountain Ghost Rainbow. Really rare, you can't stalk them, just chance/random hookups. There are no known state records, almost impossible to measure. Nice catch.

WHOOPS! So for some reason I'm seeing a picture of a "S" brown trout and you guys are seeing nothing--my apologies. Especially to Plecain for my sarcastic response. Bottom line question is what would exist besides whirling disease, if any? No signs of above bird attack on the fish. I"m hitting the Lewis Spoon this weekend, so in regards to whitefish, I wish I had a smoker.

No apology necessary. I was just having fun.

I don't blame you. To post a thread without a picture.... inexcusable
