  1. Default Fishing in July Around Livingston Montana

I will be in Livingston for several days during the last two weeks of July and would like to wade-fish near town. What can I expect? Will the water be muddy? Will the water be too fast for wading? Too warm? Any suggestions for access places? Any other thoughts will be welcomed. Thanks very much!!!

    It should be fine.

There's a lot of access points for the Yellowstone...

Hopefully, they'll be some decent hopper fishing then.

Another option, fish one of the spring creeks in the area. There are 3:

    Armstrong Spring Creek

    Nelsons Spring Creek Ranch

Depuy, is the largest by far..

if you want near town why not go in town?
I've had some good luck right off the 10th street boat ramp and the bridge below it.
