Default Wading on the Green River, WY

Yesterday I ran up to one of the tributaries off the Snake River above Jackson, WY to catch a Snake River Cutthroat to complete my Wyoming Cut Slam, so today I took the photo into Game and Fish, but the two fish biologists were out, so I will try again tomorrow.

This afternoon I ran out to the Green River just outside town for a little wade fishing, throwing dry flies. It was perfect wx and the fish were looking up, very enjoyable day on the water. Here are a few photos of the afternoon.
Here is a nice rainbow:

Larry, congrats on the cutty slam, something I want to do someday soon. It appears you also scored somewhat of a slam on the Green with the rainbow, brown and brookie, appears you just needed a cutt

Kelly.

Kelly: Thanks, I was definitely thinking about it, but had to cut the afternoon short as I wanted to go back into Game and Fish to see the fish biologist, but that turned out to be a bust, I should have stayed and tried for cuttie.

Looks like a really good day Larry covering 3 species with that trip. I just came back from the cabin where I spent the past few days splitting wood for the winter. While there I pike fished and caught some nice ones.
