Default Government shutdown and national forest

I'm having to relocate my camping trip from national forest to a state funded entity. That being arkansas headwaters state recreation area. I was just wondering if anyone knows what I should expect. I know they have a caddis hatch going on now but should I expect the same 2 weeks from now? Any specific campground I should stay in for best access to fishing? Anyone who knows anything please help. I'm driving 1000 miles each way for my love of trout fishing. I'm having a hard time finding information also if anyone wants to come out and fish with us your more than welcome. I'm the only experienced fly fisherman in my group ( my bachelor party) I've never fished colorado at all. So if someone would like to come out and help I'll feed you some authentic texas chili, I'd offer beer but I prefer that stuff y'all make in golden myself.
