    Default Recent front range reports...

Anybody fished any front range waters lately? Have the day off tomorrow and plan on wetting a line...closer to Denver the better, but I could be talked into driving a bit.

Boulder Creek, Clear Creek, South Platte, Thompson, Arkansas, and Blue have all produced fish first hand since mid November...

The funnest days I have had there are when it is terribly cold and MAYBE two other folks are on the water too. I won't play the wind game though.
I will be out Thur-Sun most likely if you want to meet up I believe you have my number.

Thanks for the invite, I'd love to join but I'm heading back home this morning for the holiday.

Went out to S Boulder Creek yesterday. Got about 10 min of fishing in before my rig turned into a birds nest from trying to cast into the wind. My fingers were already pretty much numb and the sun was barely reaching the bottom of the canyon so I decided to cut it short. Oh well, still beats a day in the office.

when the wind gets to me ...I break out the ultra light spin gear, almost as much fun as a fly rod
