Labor Day Trip Report...Yellowstone and vicinity

Here are a few pics from this year's trip. A little smokey this year, but the fish didn't seem to mind. Ants, beetles and hoppers were pulled from the fly box. This is our 4th fishing trip out west, and it gets better every time....Can't wait to get back out there...!!!

I was in Montana at the same time, those fires were horrible smoke was thick.

I was in the area at the same time. I had to abort going to Glacier, as it was too smoky and the campgrouds were in turmoil.

I was in Yellowstone for a week and it was nice until a cold front came through and brought the smoke with it. Then I had to leave a week early to come back for the hurricane.
