Bitteroot is starting to fish on dry flies

Hey,
spent the last few days guiding the Root South of Missoula, Nymph til 1:00 or so and then going dry, had a thirty fish day on friday, Sat/ Sun put 20 or so in the boat both days, Monday it got kind of cold caught fish on top but a little slower. Better luck fishing size 10 bulletheads/ nemora/skwala tweeners, have been seeing bigger bugs later in the day. not a ton of boat traffic, more boats around Stevi on weekend, a few boats in each section, did witness a couple of old outfitters yelling obscenities at each other, not really sure why!
fishing is good , and should roll for 3 more weeks, check us out for reports Montana Fly Fishing, Missoula Montana, Montana Fly Fishing for Trout. Classic Journey Outfitters.
