Default Roosters in Costa Rica

We are two couples that will be vacationing in Puerto Jimenez, in southern Costa Rica and have carved out two days to fly fish. We have rods up to #12. Has anyone fished in this area, know guide(s) or flies, technique? Have fished salt for Permit, bones, tarpon, snook. But would like to get ahold of one of these rooster fish.

Thanks

My previous thread was titled "Roosters in Puerto Rico". When someone responded that Roosters are a Pacific fish the light went on. Thanks. My bad.
