    Thanks, that is where i am having a hard time seeing the value, I would prefer to fish top water flies or maybe just below the surface and even if it does work on soft bottom I'm not so sure a bass...

    Your right Luke and I did ! A IMX Pro 41111 & I also customized my fly patterns to a larger profile with less weight. Worked great on the last 2 trips.

    33' is for the 5 wt, the length goes up as the line wt goes up. I'd have to measure the #9 if you like but it is reasonable. I did know before but forgot now .......seems to be a trend these days.
