Dave's knot easy to tie and holds great for me anyway. U tube is great to us you can keep play the link over and over till you can tie it then just takes practice.

You have used both lines it's not so much the 30 bucks, but do you feel that the SS is a better line then the Bass Bug line as far as shooting line and casting with out a lot of false ...

Besides the extra 6" how would a 9' 6"rod react differently from a 9' rod? Would it cast better, shot line better,be more accurately on target with my cast. Or do just some people like longer rods.
