I use a ONE 691-4 and ONE 791-4 for streamer rods

Yeah the 6wt one can handle good sized streamers no doubt...

Yup go a bit heavier, I use an allen Kraken II on my 10' 4wt, helps balance it tip up for nymphing

Ah gotcha, to bad they couldn't tell you that would have made it more simple. The only Method Ive fished was a 7wt and it had a sinking line on it, so I wont be able to help. I use Gold on my 6wt ONE...

Not trying to be a smart ass or captain obvious but if you cast at the shop and loved it, I'd ask them what line was on their demo reel and start there.

Lets just say I am good friends with the trees/bushes in rocky mt park, also my knot tying ability leaves a bit to be desired and are known to bust off a bit of 6x tippet with a Roland Martin bass...

I only buy ones I will use rarely and its not worth buying materials, like hoppers or stimi's

I continue to tie cause I load my buddies up and we lose a lot of flies so I can't afford to buy flies...
