Today Feather-Craft (my local shop) announced that St.Louis County is closing all the walk-in part of their shop but Feather-Craft is still filling mail orders.

    Re: Canoe vs wading.

This may rub some people the wrong way but a square-back canoe with a small motor could be the answer to fishing a tailwater the way you described. I am not partial to them but a small motor can push...

    Re: Taylor 9/#8 Anomaly

I wonder if Taylor has a try before you buy program since there are few dealers carrying them as of now? I have been thinking of a new faster five weight, or possibly a six.

    Re: Taylor 9/#8 Anomaly

Taylor is one of the few companies I know of that is marketing their products this way. If their rods start selling and the demands of the consumer for other weight rods arise they can add them, or...

    Re: Taylor 9/#8 Anomaly

I think marketing only the 4, 5, and eight weight rods is very smart from a business standpoint. Why market every weight rod when most buyers purchase the 4, 5 and eight weights.

Re: Been dipping a toe in Salt

Thanks for the videos. I have caught a few Snook and Redfish in the southern Everglades and they ruined me for freshwater fishing for a while. The fish in the salt just seem to fight harder.
