Default Purple Haze Wet Flies

Here are a few fly patterns I tied today, in slightly different variations. I spotted this pattern on the Orvis web site and thought it looked pretty good so I thought I would give it a try.

Good looking flies Larry. I don't know what it is but I'm always attracted to partridge on wets. All nice.

Thanks guys, the heads didn't turn out the way I wanted, but I had too much to do today to keep refining them so I decided to post what I had. Jimmie, I have to agree, partridge really works well on wets.

Dan: I'm using a new feature called "Tables", Colin added this capability to the forum a couple weeks back. Take a look at this thread and see if it makes sense.
Tables in posts: New feature you may find useful
Colin provides some basic programing and you highlight it and then do a CNTL-C to copy to your clipboard and then open a post and do a CNTL-V to paste it into the thread, and then where the text is you replace with your own words and then do a normal insert image where you want it to be placed in the table. If that doesn't make sense PM me your email address and I will send you an email with the actual coding that was used in my post above.

Dan: Sounds good, it is actually pretty easy, it is harder to explain than to do. If you look at it like this, the stuff in the [.......] brackets consists of the programing and the text in between the brackets are the words you want displayed, that is about all there is to it.
