I've been getting into tying big flies lately. This is an articulated barely legal with a fish skull head.

Yeah its pretty simple just uses a good bit of marabou.

Nice, you'll get some action with that puppy. Bet it moves like a belly dancer.:icon_cool I just recently got a couple of packs of those helmets they make a great streamer.

Yeah those fish skulls make flys look really good.

nice ! I have better luck using an octopus hook as the trailer. it shortens the fly a bit. more strikes/hook ups :shades: for me. I clip the front hook as well for ease of release.
