Oliver Edwards is one of my favorite people to watch. I enjoy all his videos. He is such an incredible tyer, and I think you did very well copying him.

Guten Tag Herr Marcus.

Es ist gut, dich zu treffen. Es ist schon eine Weile her, seit ich Deutsch gesprochen habe, also habe ich Google benutzt. Ich studierte in Deutschland 1966 im Stanford in Deutschland Campus. Es war in Beutlesbach bei Stuttgart, aber jetzt ist es nach Berlin verlegt. Ich weiß nicht, wie alt du bist, aber du bist wahrscheinlich nicht 1966 geboren. Es war so lange her, dass der Wechselkurs 4 Deutsche Mark auf 1 US-Dollar war.

Deutschland war der erste Übersee-Campus für Stanford (begann 1958) und ich glaube nicht, dass es irgendwelche anderen großen US-Universitäten mit Campus in Deutschland gab. Ich weiß, dass wir einen Ausflug nach Westberlin gemacht haben, um Willy Brandt zu treffen, der damals der Bürgermeister von West-Berlin war und später Bundeskanzler von Westdeutschland wurde.

Hier ist unser Gruppenfoto zurück 1966, ich kniete in der ersten Reihe, zweitens von rechts. Herr Zimmerman, einer unserer deutschen Instruktoren steht in einem langen Mantel am Ende der Reihe hinter mir die rechte Seite.

Nein, ich bin Jahrgang 1976, aber das alte Deutschland von damals, mit dieser deutschen klassischen Mentalität existiert leider nicht mehr, Deutschland wird immer kosmopolitscher und liberaler, was mir persönlich in vielen Punkten zuwider ist. Wir haben inzwischen eine Meinungsdiktatur wo nur eine Richtung erlaubt und gesellschaftlich gefördert wird... Wenn du mal nach München kommst, wirst du erstaunt sein, wie wenig echte Münchner hier noch leben...

its not about tying, but a perhaps somebody need a cheap and large fly box for his streamers..
