Thread: Podge Orange

    Default Podge Orange

My very first attempt at such a fly as this:

I decided to call it a Podge (as in hodge-podge) because it's a collection of different techniques and materials I've studied combined haphazardly into a finished fly. Doesn't even vaguely resemble anything in nature, either. It's tied on a #8 Gamakatsu hook, which is approximately 1" long.

    Hey ghost,

that's a very nice color scheme, i like it. Looks like you'll have to take a road trip to take it for a swim.

For a first attempt it looks as good as my last did...........nice fly tying.
