Red face The F&N and the Red Dragon

I've seen so many beautiful flies here posted by all my friends that I had to post two hideous ones
    The Fat&Ugly.
    hook:bl nymph size 10
    copper bead 3mm
    thread:6/0 black
    body:hare flash olive
    thorax:hare flash dk brown
    brown rubber legs and tails
I use this nymph in reservoirs with a sinking line it enabled me to catch big bows.

    The Red Dragon
    hook:bl nymph size 10
    thread:6/0 black
    bodyink flash hair
    tail and legs:red bodyglass
this nymph is brand new....hope I can test it this week...it may work

Nothing hideous about those JP. You know that first one has to catch fish. It will be fun to hear about your test with the Red Dragon.

JP: Nice work I really like the Fat and Ugly, it would be a killer pattern oover here! The Red Dragon might turn out to be a great attractor pattern, keep us informed how you do with it. Good to see you tying again!

Nice JB. DOK got you thinking about the pink, didn't he? Those look great. That ugly bug looks like a killer.
Can't wait to hear results on the Dragon.

    JP,

Based on the results of Chris in North Carolina and his pink weenie fly I would expect the red dragon to work really well. It has been so long since I tied such tiny flies I am afraid to see what I would get if I tried to tie like you do.

The red dragon looks like a cluster of san juan worms.

    J-P,

The F&U reminds me a little of the Ugly Green; which I know first hand to be a good fly! It looks like another good fly to me.

I'll be interested to see what you get for fish on the Red Dragon.

JP, the F&U is Beautiful...It has to be a killer, really like the idea of the rubber tails and legs...I'm going to have to tye some up, maybe a little smaller...
