Popper bodies for Mustad ck 52s hooks

Hello,
Going through my fly tying box I found two boxes of Mustad CK52s hooks (size 6 and 8) and I am thinking about tying some little poppers but...does anybody know where to get the bodies for those sizes?
Any info will be appreciated.

I use a #5 test tube cork for a size 2 hook

I use foam cylinders & cut them to the length I like best
