Guadalupe help!

I'm headed to TX in March for some business but thought I would bring along the fly rod and do some fishing along the way.

Can anyone point me in the right direction for fishing the Guadalupe? Is it better closer to the dam or in New Braunfels?

I'll be traveling to Houston, Austin, Dallas and San Antonio. Any other cool places with public access?

Any help or direction would be greatly appreciated!

There is some info in this thread from a few months back.
You can also contact guadalupe trout unlimited closer to the time for the most up to date conditions.

I think there was a forum member just the other day invited folks to fish the Dallas Area. Check here
