38 lb Brown Trout Caught on White River

I have seen pictures circulating Facebook regarding a 38 lb brown that was caught on 2/27 on the White River. Not sure of much more details. Apparently it was a man from Kansas that caught the fish of a life time.

Just curious of details on equipment, lure/fly and other specifics.

I didn't see the article, bu that is about as much that has been on Facebook as well. I hvae seen a couple of pictures. One on the link that you sent and anoter one that looked to be an inside picture of him holding the beast.
