Quick question about fishing in the Smokey Mountains

I live in East Tennessee and have access to the Smokey Mountain National Park. However, I haven't been interested in fishing till recently. I know to fish in the National Park you have either a Tennessee Fishing License or a North Carolina Fishing License. My question is, do you need your trout stamp to fish for trout within the National Park? I've read up on it and I can't find anything that says you need it or you don't need it. I've even asked around and I'm getting mixed answers. So I was hoping to get a definite answer here.

Thanks in advance!

Re: Quick question about fishing in the Smokey Mountains

With all due respect, this answer took approximately 10 seconds to get via google:
Fishing Regulations: Great Smoky Mountains National Park
