Default Easter Reds?

My future brother-in-law lives in Fayetteville, NC and badly wants my fiance and I to visit. We were unable to travel during this current holiday, but we may be able to for the Easter holiday. Obviously, I want a day of fishing and I know I will have a drive, but I was hoping to fish to some Reds.

Are there any coastal, shallow Reds around the Easter holiday, within 2 hours or so?
