Early morning, Steelhead fishing ... Broken down car, his, not mine.

Camp stove going, Cast iron fry pans for pancakes heating up, my dog still zonked out. So was Mz Cat-Cat.

Wondered into my camp site looking for help ...

A young man, his 'Lady:' John Denver, he 'sang for his supper.

You might have to be old to remember. Looking at her he wrote:

"You fill up my senses
Like a night in a forest
Like the mountains in springtime
Like a walk in the rain
Like a storm in the desert
Like a sleepy blue ocean
You fill up my senses
Come fill me again

Come, let me love you
Let me give my life to you
Let me drown in your laughter
Let me die in your arms
Let me lay down beside you
Let me always be with you
Come, let me love you
Come love me again

Let me give my life to you
Come, let me love you
Come love me again

You fill up my senses
Like a night in a forest
Like the mountains in springtime
Like a walk in the rain
Like a storm in the desert
Like a sleepy blue ocean
You fill up my senses
Come fill me again"

Sing he could, snored like a chain saw ...:shades: Called a friend in the music business ... "You have to hear him sing." Rest is history.

His CD's are in my Jeep, start engine, push in the CD.

Then came 'Anne's Song,' their life together was over.

'She' came to my home, stayed for a couple of months. Kids loved her, he .. per her view .. was a total pain where you sit.
