Just got back last night from coastal Maine and the lobster pound that we frequented while there had a sign for FREE lobster bodies so I brought
home a dozen. ... no pictures but tonite we had an "almost free" dinner of....

Linguine with lobster sauce and wild black trumpet mushrooms
    outstanding....

Looking at all this delicious food reminded me of my feast.
A few weekends ago as I was heading out for my Saturday morning fishing trip I noticed my neighbors smoker going to town.

Brisket and various types of ribs.

    Proper temp

Of course with pinto beans and potato salad

Noticed one of the Steaks has a 'rub' on it, what do you use?

I usually use "Big Ron's Hint of Houston" on meat or one of the lighter Weber ones on chicken.
