    Ok I give up, what is that?

    I was going fly fishing until my wife suggested it, now I can't tell who is outsmarting who!

    Being "one with nature" requires a knowledge of what animals are living nearby and a weapon of sufficient magnitude to give you at minimum an equal chance of survival. No one has an invisible aura that animals can detect and sense your good intentions.

    2 types of tortelloni

    Chicken & Prosciutto
    Sweet Italian Sausage

    In an Alfredo Sauce with 1/4 pound shaved bone in ham

    Served with steamed Brussels Sprouts and Cheesy Garlic Bread

    Topped off with an ice cold glass of milk.

    Wife was inspired by a cooking show in Greece this morning. She watched it over and over. The next thing I knew we were driving 62 miles to the nearest Seafood Store.

    The finished plate is Shrimp Santorini with Greek Ratatouille on the side.

    Also grilled scallops and squid.

    All washed down with a couple shots of Ouzo.

    And of course a few Spaten Lagers.

    the shrimp in particular have my taste buds tingling
    good stuff par usual.

    1 cup olive oil
    cook for one hour at 350
    place Parmesan on top liberally 5 minutes before finished.
