    Default "System Development Charges," how about Legal Robery?

    I think I've found another good reason why business' aren't expanding if this is typical ... and it probably is. Small town on the SW Oregon Coast Chetco River for point of reference:

    We have them in NH, too.

    They're usually called 'impact fees'.

    Though, I must say yours look pretty high.
