Saratov Oblast, Russia

I am traveling for work to Saratov, Russia at the end of September/early October. Saratov is on the Volga, but don't think there is any good fly fishing on that river, at least not on that stretch of the river.

Does anyone know of any fly fishing opportunities in that region?

I work just south of there a few hundred kilometers on the Caspian. Not much for fly fishing in this area. Have to go west to the Tengri Mt range along the China border and there's some really good spots. Hard to find contacts though. They haven't realized the value of this lucrative resource.
