Anyone fishing this area of the bay tidal system? We now have access to a family house in the area (Weems to be specific) with water access to the corrotoman river at Taylor creek. I’m probably gonna head down to check it out late this summer or early fall. I’m assuming stripers and Shad run through here in the right season, probably some bluefish, flounder, and grouper. Any spots anyone is willing to share? I *might* have a boat by then, but may just have a canoe to get just off shore with.
